The category is dominated by Mindbody, Vagaro, and Wodify, and the gap between vendor claims and the actual experience of running a billing cycle on each platform is wide.

We are building this category to test those gaps end-to-end. Implementation friction, transaction-fee economics, the support response time when payments break on a Friday, and what the data export actually contains when you decide to leave. Reviews here will not be vendor recyclings.
