For coaches who run a real business

Coaching software, reviewed by coaches.

We test the platforms, gym management systems, and business tools fitness coaches actually use. Real practices. Real client rosters. No vendor money. No "best of" lists written by journalists who interviewed three coaches once.

The Hard Gate
Section 02 — Methodology

You do not own your business if you do not own your client data.

Five criteria. Five scores out of ten. But before any of that, we check one thing: can you export your full client roster, training data, and billing history in a usable format, without paying a ransom or losing fields? If the answer is no, the platform fails the portability gate and is not recommended — no matter how good the rest of it is.
